The project is seeking money to decarbonise a unique, non-domestic buildings within the city of Colchester which provides benefits to the residents of Colchester. In order to reduce the building's emissions the building owner would like to replace the existing gas boiler (which is reaching the end of its life) with an air source heat pump and underfloor heating system. Part of the funding is coming from Government grants, however there is a shortfall of funding which is necessary to get the project off the ground. *This project location is randomly chosen with this local authority*
