Within Luton, three different homes will be refurbished to a carbon neutral or passivhaus standard. The homes will become real-world demonstrators for low carbon residential properties - serving as eco-education centres for residents, installers and landlords. Specifically, the homes will be retrofitted with improved wall and loft insulation, energy efficient lighting and will have solar panels installed - each of which will reduce both emissions and household energy bills. This project willl fit within a broader communication campaign about technology changes for net zero and their accompanying benefits. *This project location has been chosen randomly within the borough*
