In response to a need across the local authority to make electricy waste recycling more widely available, this project will provide residents with new, secure, bins to dispose of their old and unwanted electrical items. The new bins will be installed in 14 locations in the first year, with additional bins being installed in the second year of the project. Enabling more waste electrical goods recycling will result will allow the council to have access to the huge amount of valuable plastic and metals that are found in this type of waste good, whilst WEEE recycling is also an important source of local employment. *This project location has been randomly chosen within the borough*
